Mutt Madness in the MS Delta is a small, foster-based rescue rooted in Greenville. Their mission is simple and relentless: rescue and rehabilitate—mentally and physically—the unwanted dogs of the Delta, and help neighbors prevent the next litter through spay/neuter education. Mississippi remains one of the hardest states for shelter pets; rural intake pressure, thin veterinary access, and chronic heartworm make every save cost more time and money.
